Q. How many lessons do I need to complete ACT competency based training?

Every learner is different, with plenty of practicing after each lesson, geberally I will suggest 8-12 hours of lessons to finish your competencies training. After your first 1-2 lessons, I may give you a better estimate.

Q. Do you guarantee to pass government driving test?

Sorry, no one can really guarantee or promise. The training I provided are mostly follow the standards of ACT Driver competencies to make sure you can drive safely in the future, but not simply pass the test. To pass the test, you need to have good understanding of all road rules, confidence on controlling of vehicles and minimum level of all skills, like parking, hill start and u- turn etc. Based on my previous experience from the students pass or fail their test, I guarantee to give you my best evaluations and advices to help you pass your test on the first go.

Q. Do you need payment in advance?

No upfront payment is needed for regular 1 & 2 hours lessons. Booking requires card details, but charges apply only for late cancellations or no-shows. Prepaid 10 hours lesson need to be paid after the first lesson.
Payment is required in advance for Test Day Car Hire, because I may need to organise someone to drop off the car to your test centre.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

I'm currently using SQAURE system, so it allow me accept most credit card payment, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Also, you can pay me by PayID and cash at the end of lesson.

Q. Do you do lessons on weekends or night hours?

Availability depends on balancing work and family commitments. Weekend lessons may not be feasible for new students, but existing students can discuss special arrangements.
